What it does

Three jobs, done properly.

A dashboard that reads the Google reviews for every branch you run, tells you what they mean, and helps you answer them.

01Read

Every branch on one screen

Counts, averages and filters for each location.Look at one branch or all of them.A struggling site can no longer hide inside a group average.

02Understand

Sentiment, topics and names

Each review is positive, neutral or negative. It carries the topics you choose to track.Names in the text are matched against your team roster, so the people customers praise get seen.

03Answer

Replies in your own voice

The draft copies how your business already replies and opens in the right Google panel.Reply state is tracked, so nothing sits unanswered.

See it work

Two minutes on the dashboard.

A scripted walk through a sample workspace.Every click changes the screen the way it would for you.The numbers are invented; the behaviour is real.

Every branch on one screen

Six locations in one workspace. The group average reads 4.6 stars, which looks fine.

Run the estate

Manage locations. Get insights. Manage reviews.

Reviews land at every branch at once.Pick a tile to see what that branch’s customers are saying, and send the reply that is waiting.Left alone, the board works through the queue itself.

Sample data. The branches are the eight largest US cities by population (US Census Bureau, 2025 estimates); the reviews and numbers are invented.New ones arrive on the tiles as they would through the day.

Why it matters

Your next customer is reading your last review.

Three figures from BrightLocal’s Local Consumer Review Survey 2026.They are about your customers, whichever tool you use.

97%

read reviews for local businesses

Before they book, call or walk in.The review page is the shop window for a branch they have never visited.

89%

expect the business to respond

And 81% expect to hear back within a week.An unanswered review is read as a business that does not answer.

68%

will only use a business rated four stars or more

One branch at 3.9 is a branch most local searchers skip.Finding it is the first step; the group average will not show you.

Why multi-location

The average hides the branch that needs you.

Head officeNew YorkLos AngelesChicagoHoustonPhoenixPhiladelphiaSan AntonioSan Diego
Houston3.9148 reviewsGroup average 4.6. This is what it was hiding.

Branches placed by latitude and longitude.Ratings and counts are the page’s sample data.

Ten locations at 4.6 stars can be nine at 4.8 and one at 3.4.A group dashboard reports the first number.

Loculens keeps every branch separate. The outlier is the first thing you see, rather than the last thing you find out.

A person reads every review and posts every reply. The software makes sure nothing is missed.

Loculens product principle

How it works

Live in an afternoon.

  1. Step 1

    Create a workspace

One per business.Invite the people who should see it.Admins keep the roster, the connections and the plan.

  2. Step 2

    Add your locations

Connect the Google account that manages your Business Profile.Or add each location’s Place ID and connect an Apify account, so scraping is billed to you directly.

  3. Step 3

    Sync, read, reply

A nightly sync fetches only what is new.Read by branch, sentiment or topic.Answer the reviews that need it with a draft ready to edit.

Inside the workspace

Built for the people who read the reviews.

Sentiment pulse

Star rating first, wording second.A five-star rant and a three-star rave each land where they belong.

Topics you choose

Service, cleanliness, waiting time, value, or your own.Delete one and it disappears everywhere, for everyone.

Team mentions

Names are matched against your roster and never guessed.Five-star reviews that name someone rise to the top.

Reply drafts

Measured from your own replies: the greeting, the thanks, the sign-off.You edit, then you post.

Reply tracking

Replied, needs a reply, all reviews. The count beside each filter is exactly what clicking it shows.

Cost you can see

Syncs are incremental. The month’s spend sits in the footer, and a cap refuses any run that would pass it.

Your own Apify

Bill scraping to your account instead of ours. One token, pasted once.

CSV export

Every list exports cleanly, with the reward shortlist and topics included.

Questions

Asked before signing up.

Which review sites does Loculens read?

Google only. Most multi-location businesses get the bulk of their public reviews there, and one source read properly is worth more than six read badly.Reviews arrive through your Google Business Profile once you connect it, or through a scraping run you control and pay for per review.

Does it post replies for me?

No.It drafts a reply in your own voice, measured from the replies you have already posted, and opens the right Google panel.A person reads the draft and presses send.Nothing goes out unseen.

How does it know who was mentioned?

You keep a roster of your team.Loculens matches names in review text against that roster, whole word and case-insensitive.When it keeps seeing a name that is not on the roster it proposes it, and you confirm or dismiss. It never guesses a name onto your leaderboard.

What does a sync cost?

One credit per ten reviews it brings back.Syncs are incremental, so each run asks only for reviews newer than the last one and a routine sync uses a handful of credits.A sync never asks for more reviews than the credits left will pay for.

Can head office see every branch while a manager sees one?

Every location sits in one workspace with per-location counts and filters.Members you invite see the shared data.Admins manage the roster, the connections and the plan.Separate businesses get separate workspaces and never see each other.

What happens on a demo?

Twenty minutes with someone from Braivex, on your own locations if you send us the list beforehand. You see your estate the way the dashboard reads it, ask what you like, and leave with the workspace already set up if you want it.

What is a credit?

One credit syncs 10 Google reviews, or drafts one reply in your own voice. Each plan adds its credits every month - annual plans too.Syncs are incremental, so a routine sync asks only for reviews newer than the last one and uses very few.

Is there a free trial?

Yes.No card needed - 200 free credits for 14 days, about 2,000 reviews synced or 200 reply drafts. One trial per business, email and device.

What happens when the credits run out?

Nothing is charged and nothing breaks.Syncs and reply drafts pause, everything already in the dashboard stays readable, and the Billing page offers a top-up or a bigger plan.A sync never fetches more reviews than the credits left will pay for.

Can I buy more credits?

Yes: 1,000 credits for $39, valid for 12 months, on top of any plan.Top-ups need an active plan.

Can I change or cancel?

Any time, from Billing inside your workspace.Moving up takes effect immediately with a prorated charge.Moving down applies from your next renewal date.Cancelling keeps the plan until the end of the period you have paid for, and you can reactivate before then.

Do you give refunds?

Within 14 days of a payment you can ask for a refund from the Billing page - one per customer, reviewed by Braivex.

Which currency, and is tax included?

Prices are in US dollars wherever you are.VAT or sales tax, where it applies, is added at checkout by our payment partner Dodo Payments, who acts as merchant of record.
